This Privacy Policy describes how Bonn Window and Door (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) collects, uses, and protects information from people who visit our website at https://www.bonnwindow.com (the “Site”) or otherwise share personal information with us (“Users”).

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, your project address, and any comments. If you check the optional SMS box, we also record your SMS consent: your mobile number, the date and time, the page you submitted from, the consent wording you agreed to, and the method (web form).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and hosting providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and access times. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

These sharing provisions do not apply to SMS opt-in data and consent, which are handled as described in the SMS section below.
SMS/Text Messaging Consent
When you separately opt in, Bonn Window and Door sends SMS messages about consultations, appointments, and project scheduling to the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also call 605-389-3317. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Marketing texts require separate consent.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the information-sharing categories described elsewhere in this policy and will not be sold, rented, or transferred for another party’s marketing or messaging campaigns.
Your rights
